The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 379, 436 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3⁄4 of Witchcraft Prevention Act.

There is omnibus and general allegation of assault against the petitioner and others and it is alleged that on the order of petitioner other accused persons set on fire the house of informant.

Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in Alamnagar P.S.
