The petitioner is in custody in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 175 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 469, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 ( C), 66 (d) of I.T. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Referring to the prosecution case he submits that allegation against this petitioner is that huge amount in clandestinely manner deposited in the account of petitioner through in cash, by mobile banking and nift and withdrawn by ATM and mobile banking. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that there is delay of 10 days in lodging of F.I.R. There is no material to connect the

Considering the facts that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than four months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 175 of 2018.
