2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed to a great extent except for certain amount against the heads gratuity and cash equivalent to unutilized earned leave.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of Zila Parishad, on the other hand, has submitted that the leave encashment amount has also been paid.

4. Be that as it may, this writ application is disposed of with an observation that the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, to raise his
