On a perusal of the record it appears that arrears of salary for the period from 1.1.1971 to 31.3.1973 has been paid to the petitioner vide Annexure-F to the counter affidavit filed by respondent no. 7.

If any grievance still persists, the petitioner is at liberty to file representation before the concerned authority
