The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 354 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x) of the SC & ST Act.

The petitioner is alleged to have untied the panty of the daughter of the informant and tried to outrage her modesty. It is alleged that the occurrence took place on 28.02.2015 but the F.I.R. was lodged on 07.03.2015. There is no satisfactory explanation for the delay in lodging the F.I.R. The petitioner is in jail since 02.06.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for about 21⁄2 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
