JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. In course of investigation, the looted mobile was recovered from possession of the petitioner and his confessional statement was recorded. Petitioner, in his confessional statement, specifically stated that he had purchased the looted mobile from one Karan Kumar Srivastava. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 11.06.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33557 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 20 of 2015.
