Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2869 of 2018 registered for offence

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44280 of 2021(5) dt.29-08-2022 2/3 punishable under sections 120, 323, 313, 498(A) and 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of matrimonial dispute. As per allegation, the accused persons subjected the complainant to atrocities for non-fulfillment of demand of a 'four-wheeler' vehicle and Rs.5,00,000/- cash.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and Bhaisur of the complainant and they are the persons of clean antecedents.

The matter was referred to the District Mediation Centre. The report whereof is annexed with the record at flag 'R', which shows that the matter has amicably been resolved between the parties.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Complaint Case No. 2869 of 2018, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
