The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 366(A) , 504, 506 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail was earlier rejected-vide order dated 11-3-2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 5203 of 2015 with an observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after remaining one year in custody. The petitioner moved this Court for bail after remaining one year in custody. The petitioner is in jail since 2-6-2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for one year and about three months. Considering the aforesaid fact and the fact that charges have been framed and no witnesses have been examined, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on
