The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Islampur P.S. Case No. 112/2019 registered for the offense punishable under Sections 406/420/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were made from the other persons and not from the present petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing
