Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition and Amendment Act 2016.

20 liters country made liquor is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 06.04.2019. Para-3 of the petition goes to show that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.
