Petitioner being rice miller, misappropriated rice which had to be supplied to the corporation and accordingly, misappropriated government money to the tune of Rs. 1,47,90,774/- The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that having more or less similar allegation, several co-accused, have been granted privilege of bail by this court as well as another benches of this court and moreover, even if, prosecution story assumed to be true, then also, it is only a case of breach of agreement.
