Alleging non-compliance of this Court's order dated 28-06-2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 20443 of 2013 (Annexure1) the present contempt application has been filed. Learned counsel for the opposite parties submits that order dated 21-12-2015 (Annexure-A to the show cause filed on

Patna High Court MJC No.1963 of 2019(2) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 behalf of the opposite party No.2) has been passed by the authorities in compliance of the writ Court's order. In view of the substantial compliance, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in the contempt proceedings. Petitioner's counsel, however, submits that the order does not take care of the petitioner's grievance, the petitioner, therefore, may assail the order in appropriate proceedings.
