20-01-2017 The petitioner has filed petition for initiating contempt proceeding against opposite parties on an allegation of willful disobedience to an order dated 22-01-2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6625 of 2012 by a Bench of this Court.

Learned A.C. to Standing Counsel - 7, at the very outset by way of referring to fact disclosed in show cause filed on behalf of opposite party no. 2 i.e. Collector, Banka, submits that order of the writ court has already been complied with in its letter and spirit. By way of referring to Annexure - 1, it was submitted by learned State Court that in compliance with the order of the

Patna High Court MJC No.792 of 2014 (2) dt.20-01-2017 2/2 writ court, the appeal filed by the petitioner was examined and final order has been passed on 21-03-2014.

In view of facts disclosed in the show cause, there is no need to further proceed with the matter.

The present petition stands disposed of.
