2. In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for the following relief/reliefs:

"(i) For directing the respondent authorities to conclude the selection process of Anganwari Sevika of Ward No. 06, Gram Panachayat Raj Bairaiya, Post Office + Police Station -Bairiya, District West Champaran which is pending since 2019.

(ii) For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of this case."

3. The concerned respondent is hereby directed to conclude the process of selection and appointment of Anganwari Sevika Ward No. 06, Gram Panachayat Raj Bairaiya, Post Office + Police Station -Bairiya, District West Champaran within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order if the process of selection is not yet completed. If the process of selection is completed, in that event necessary intimation be given to the petitioner.

4. With the above observation, writ petition stands disposed off.
