2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is no injunction order in favour of the complainant Gopal Prasad Verma, but the State authorities are not registering the document and keeping the same pending since 2018.

3. If there is no injunction or impediment in registration, the State authorities cannot be stop the registration.

4. This application is disposed of with a direction upon the Respondents to register the document in question which has been produced by the petitioner within three weeks.

5. Let a copy of the order be communicated to the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.
