The petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondents to make payment of rupees one lakh out of the fund allocated by the State Government. In fact, with regard to the College, in question, in C.W.J.C. No. 6366 of 2014 a coordinate Bench of this Court has considered various aspects of the matter and noticing the vigilance enquiry in relation to use, misuse and abuse of the fund issued specific direction on 08.11.2017 with regard to payment and
Patna High Court CWJC No.10638 of 2016 (2) dt.07-02-2018 2/2 operation of the account.
In view of the above, no further order is needed to be passed. The interest of the petitioner stands protected under the order, dated 08.11.2017, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6336 of 2014 and, as such, the Court is not required to pass further order. This writ application stands disposed of in the light of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6336 of 2014, dated 08.11.2017.
