Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to produce Succession Certificate in support of her claim of payment of all the retiral dues before the Circle Officer, Rahui, Nalanda and also decree from competent Civil Court in support of her claim that she is a legally wedded wife of the deceased employee. Petitioner has claimed herself to be the nominee of the deceased employee.
