JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-07-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of a writ(s) direction/s, order/s in the nature of mandamus, the petitioner seeks to command and direct the respondent authorities to prevent from encroaching upon the public road by creating the wall. The petitioner further requests an order prohibiting the any kind of construction on public road and demolished the construction (wall) on so far made by respondent.
