Petitioner is not named but in course of investigation, name of this petitioner surfaced in this case in confessional statement of co-accused and except the aforesaid material and some criminal antecedent, there appears to be nothing against him. Moreover, having more or less similar allegation, several co-accused, have already been granted privilege of bail by different benches of this court.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
