JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that altogether six pistols and three cartridges are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, at least, at this stage and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Bithan P.S. Case No. 102 of 2014 pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur stands rejected.
However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32896 of 2015 (2) dt.18-08-2015 2/2 possible, preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, failing which the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial court itself.
