JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the notice dated 3.1.2018, issued by the Circle Officer, Sonbersa, DistrictSaharsa i.e. the Respondent No. 4, however, the District Magistrate, Saharsa has filed his personal affidavit bringing to the notice of this Court that the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 in connection with Encroachment Case No. 2 of 2017-2018 has not been passed.

Accordingly, the Respondent No. 4 is directed to pass the final order under Section 6(1)

Patna High Court CWJC No.2031 of 2018(4) dt.01-08-2022 2/2 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, however, till the passing of the final order, status quo, existing as on today, shall be maintained.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
