JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER 30-07-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the DFCCIL as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 8 submits that he has filed a detailed counter affidavit stating therein that

Patna High Court CWJC No.332 of 2021(6) dt.30-07-2024 2/2 the compensation of Rs. 1,29,157/- against the land pertaining to Khata No. 13, Plot No. 14, measuring an area 0.0343 acre situated at Village- Nawadih, Thana No. 74 has been paid to the petitioner vide voucher dated 18.10.2016 itself and the award was prepared in favour of the petitioner and amount of Rs. 1,29,157/- along with interest was paid to him.

4. In view of the aforesaid it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of .
