The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. By order dated 09.03.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 59441 of 2021, the prayer of the petitioner for bail was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charges against the petitioner have been framed by order dated 25.05.2022 as would be evident from Annexure 3 to the bail application. Since the charges against the petitioner have been framed, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten
