Even if, prosecution story assumed to be true, then also, the informant witnessed the occurrence of taking away his father only and not the commission of murder and admittedly, none of the prosecution witness has seen actual killing of the deceased. Moreover, co- accused Suresh Manjhi and Suraj Manjhi have already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court. Accordingly, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount
