2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 534 of 2023 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner obtained a job of Block Teacher on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner was duly selected in duly constituted selection process in the year 2010 after verification of all his educational

No.46906 of 2024(5) dt.25-09-2024 2/2 certificates by the concerned department, but later on, same has been declared as forged and fabricated without proper verification or giving any notice to the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner has already resigned from the post of teacher on 10.09.2024, in support thereof a supplementary affidavit has been filed. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Having considered the fact that petitioner has already resigned from the post of Block Teacher and he has got clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 534 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
