Petitioner is said to have executed an agreement for sale in favour of the informant but subsequently, he transferred the lands in question in favour of another person. Even if the prosecution story assumed to be true, then also, the fact of the present case discloses a dispute of civil nature. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
