The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Town (Ratanpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 252 of 2020 registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act. Considering that the petitioner has remained in custody for almost eight months for the alleged recovery of one country made pistol, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town (Ratanpur O.P.)
