JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against the petitioner is that he went to withdraw money from the account of one Rakesh Raushan impersonating himself as the above stated Rakesh Raushan but he was caught by the officials.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that nothing was recovered from possession of the petitioner to show this fact that petitioner made any attempt to withdraw the amount from the account of Rakesh Raushan.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31802 of 2015 (2) dt.14-08-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 825 of 2014.
