3. Learned counsel for the State submits that this case has been filed during Covid period and physical copy has not been served upon him. Therefore, he has filed an affidavit on behalf of the State to provide the copy of the petition so that he may file the counter affidavit in compliance of order dated 04.04.2022.

From order No. 6 dated 27.04.2022, it transpires to this Court that the petitioner is not appearing before this Court since last four occasions and it has also been mentioned in the aforesaid order that if there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, the petition would be dismissed for non-prosecution. Today, also no one appears. Therefore, this Court has no option but to dismiss the case in compliance of the earlier order. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for default.
