The petitioner submits that the anticipatory bail petition of similarly situated co-accused Anil Kumar @ Anil Singh has already been disposed of vide order dated 25.5.2016, passed in Cr.Misc.No.23600 of 2016.

The instant bail petition filed in connection with PS.Case No. -150 Year- 2016 Thana -GANDHI MAIDAN District- PATNA is also disposed of in terms of order dated 25.5.2016.
