Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 427, 354(A), 354B, 353, 120B, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Moreover, having more or less, similar allegation co-accused Jitendra Gond has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordiante Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32795 of 2019. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S.
