Altogether eight persons including petitioner are named in the first information report and omnibus allegation of assault has been levelled against all accused persons including petitioner. There is case and counter case between the parties and it is stated that persons from both sides sustained injuries. No doubt, one of the injured of this case sustained two grievous injuries on his person but considering this aspect of the matter that no specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioner and having more or less similar allegation some co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court whereas petitioner is in jail custody since 23.6.2015, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to
