ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 11-08-2025 In the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents-NBPDC, it is stated as under:- "19. That with regard to the statement made in para 13 to 16, it is humbly submitted that the answering respondent has allowed the compensation amount Rs. 4,00,000/-in favour of the petitioner on account of death of her husband due to electrocution, vide letter dated 27/05/2024. In the light of joint inspection report vide letter No. 325 dated 24/05/2024 issued by the Assistant Electrical Engineer,

Patna High Court CWJC No.8452 of 2024(3) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 Goraul and further the Electrical Executive Engineer, Goraul vide letter No. 912 dated 27.05.2024 has requested the petitioner to submit relevant documents for transfer of compensation amount."

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated that he has no contact with his client and therefore unable to approach this Hon'ble Court as to whether the documents required have been submitted and the compensations paid to the petitioner.

3. Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is closed and in case the petitioner submits the requisites documents, the authorities are directed to pay the compensation.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petitioner stands disposed of.
