Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was wrongly removed from the post of "Ward Member", Village Panchayat -Viyavani Block Biharsharif Ward No. 6, District - Nalanda by the Mukhiya of the Gram Panchayat for which she has filed a representation before the D.P.R.O., Nalanda at Annexure - "3" to the writ petition.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10227 of 2020(3) dt.16-08-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the State submits that in view of the fact that tenure of the Panchayat has come to an end and schedule of election has been circulated for holding fresh election by the State Election Commission, as such, this writ application has become infructuous.

Regard being had to the submissions made by learned counsel for the State, this writ application is dismissed as infructuous.
