2. The petitioner seeks bail in Amnaur P.S. Case No. 175 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 21.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 853 of 2024.
4. As per prosecution case, allegation against this petitioner is of inflicting repeated blow with knife upon husband of informant, as a result of which he sustained multiple stab

5. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that due to previous land dispute, a maar-peet took place between the parties on the spur of moment, in which both sides sustained injuries. It is further submitted that though there are five incised wounds on the body of victim but as per injury report the doctor has opined that the injuries are simple in nature and have been caused by hard and blunt substance. Moreover, charge-sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner has got clean antecedents and he is in custody since 03.08.2023.
6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, nature of injuries sustained by the injured, period of custody and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for bail of petitioner is allowed.
8. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
