JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-08-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Barhat P.S. Case No. 15 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be Mukhiya and allegation against him is of defalcation of Government money given under the different schemes.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the materials collected in course of investigation clearly shows that the work has now been completed by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the State admitted that the work has been completed but the same has not been completed in time.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts,

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate -1st Class, Jamui, in connection with Barhat P.S.
