2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . FIR was registered against unknown for the occurrence of dacoity .

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., and has falsely been implicated in this case. The name of petitioner transpired during course of investigation on confessional statement of other co-accused. No looted articles have been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery .

Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Vaishali at Hajipur Jandaha Police Station Case No. 72 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
