Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in 4th line of last paragraph of order dated 20.05.2019, the expression "each weeks" has inadvertently been typed in place of expression "eight weeks".

In view of the aforesaid submission, the order dated 20.05.2019 is modified only to the extent that in 4th line of last paragraph of aforesaid order "each weeks" be read as "eight weeks" and the period of surrender of the petitioner in connection with Basanahi P.S. Case No. 58 of 2018 to the
