The petitioner seeks bail in Dumra P.S. Case No. 355 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant is not an eye-witness of the occurrence of killing of his son Dilip Kumar. The informant named the petitioner and others on mere suspicion because the nephew of the petitioner was killed three years ago and petitioners were in look out to take revenge and that is why the name of the petitioner and other accused persons came. Similarly situated co-accused Jogi Rai, Nagendra Rai and Dinesh Rai have already been enlarged on bail. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
