The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State/respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that part of the grievance, sought for in the present writ application, has been addressed by the respondent State except for the relief in respect of 3rd M.A.C.P.

The concerned authority shall consider the representation, filed/made by the petitioner, and pass an appropriate order within a period of six months from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
