The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Chakiya P.S. Case No. 76 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the FIR, petitioners are alleged to have misappropriated and embezzled cash of Rs. 8,11,056/-. It is submitted that petitioners have already deposited the said amount and no dues certificate has been issued by the informant and in support thereof Annexure-2 and Annexure-3 are annexed with this petition. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

No.46248 of 2021(3) dt.23-06-2022 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 76 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
