4. Petitioner had preferred this writ application for appropriate direction to the respondent-authorities to grant family pension to the petitioner as well as other retiral dues pending with the respondent in the matter of Late Satya Narayan Singh, the husband of the petitioner.
5. The respondents in their counter affidavit and
Patna High Court CWJC No.9403 of 2017(4) dt.20-05-2020 2/2 supplementary counter affidavit have stated on oath that the State has already redressed the grievance of the petitioner and family pension has already been fixed.
