The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for directing the Respondents for making payment of admitted dues of the petitioner who has already been completed the work of Construction of Primary Health Centre at Bauri under Kashichak Block in the District of Nawada as per the agreement bearing agreement No.

14F2/2012-13."

3. In the counter-affidavit filed by the respondents, it is stated that after making the necessary calculations and also paying the amounts due to the petitioner, the balance amount payable to the petitioner is only Rs. 5,45,743/- (Five Lakh Forty Five

Patna High Court CWJC No.9151 of 2023(4) dt.20-06-2024 2/2 Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Three Only) and to that effect Memo No. 1587 dated 20.10.2023 has been issued by the authorities.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has stated on instructions from his client that the petitioner is willing to accept the above amount as the final amount payable by the respondents and seeks a direction from this Court to direct the authorities to pay the said amount of Rs. 5,45,743/- (Five Lakh Forty Five Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Three Only) as expeditiously as possible.

Having regard to the above made submission, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the authorities to disburse the amount of Rs. 5,45,743/- (Five Lakh Forty Five Thousand Seven Hundred Forty Three Only) as per the proceedings dated 20.10.2023 in Memo No. 1587 (Annexure-R/B) as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already paid.

6. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
