situated at Haibatpur under districtArwal over which private respondents have encroached the land by constructing Pucca House upon the said land, due to which ingress and outgress of the public as well as petitioner, have been fully obstructed and further to pass any other order or orders to which petitioner found entitled to."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Arwal for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
