Patna High Court CWJC No.10211 of 2017(3) dt.10-05-2019 2/3 to as the Corporation) and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Life Insurance Corporation of India.
2. Petitioner in the present writ application prays for following reliefs :
(i) For the fixation of the revised pension on revised scale as per 30.11.2012.
(ii) For the release of Employees Provident Fund Amount of the petitioner for the period of two years from December 2010 to November 2012 in favour of the petitioner. (iii) For the payment of Matured amount of the petitioner Master Policy No. 249002/228 under Life Insurance Corporation of India (Respondent 8) in favour of the petitioner. (iv) For the release of difference of the salary of the petitioner according to Sixth Pay Commission for the period of 01.01.2006 to 30.04.2012.
(v) For the grant of other relief of reliefs which the petitioner is/are found entitled by virtue of this writ application.
3. Considering the nature of claim made by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the District Manager of the Corporation, Biharsharif, Nalanda (Respondent No. 4) regarding his remaining dues as prayed in the present writ application, which
Patna High Court CWJC No.10211 of 2017(3) dt.10-05-2019 3/3 will be disposed of within a period of two months from the date of filing of such representation as the petitioner has retired on 30.11.2012 from the Corporation. The matured amount of the Life Insurance Corporation of India would also be sent by the Respondent No. 4 for its remittance in the account of the petitioner within the same time. Any amount due to the petitioner with regard to other dues would be paid within a period of one month thereafter. If certain amounts are inadmissible the same shall be communicated to the petitioner by passing a speaking order sent through registered post.
