2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:

"1. That the present Criminal writ application is being filed in the nature of Mandamus for a direction to Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai, Dy.S.P, Town Lakshisarai, Officer In Charge and investigating officer (respondent no.4 to 8) for proper investigation of Lakhisarai P.S Case no. 285 of 2023 registered for the offence under section 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code;

II. That the present Criminal writ

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1016 of 2023(8) dt.02-05-2024 2/2 application is being filed in the nature of Mandamus for a direction to Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai to decide the representation dated 02.05.2023 (Annexure P/8 series) in accordance with law and taking necessary action for the proper redressal of the matter in relation to Lakhisarai P.S Case no. 285 of 2023 registered for the offence under section 420, 406, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code;

III. For any other relief(s) for which the petitioner is entitled for."

3. The Superintendent of Police, Lakhisarai is directed to consider the representation dated 02.05.2023, filed by the petitioner by 31st of July, 2024.
