Petitioner is said to have given repeated dagger blow to the informant for which petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 12.4.2015.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and the informant/ injured sustained simple injury, though said to be caused by sharp cutting weapon and four in number.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur in Arrah Mufassil P.S.
