Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/37(b)(c) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Five liter country made Mahua liquor is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 22.03.2019. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, accordingly, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 3139 of 2019 arising out of Phulwarisharif P. S. Case No. 276 of 2019.
