Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and in course of investigation, some witnesses stated before the police that petitioner along with one Chandeshwar Sah, who happened to be her paramour, used to visit the house of the deceased and utilized his house forcibly for making physical relation and when deceased made protest, he was eliminated by the petitioner and his associates. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with G.R.P.
