Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Ten liter country made Mahua liquor is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 22.03.2019 without having any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 3166 of 2019 arising out of Phulwari (Janipur) P. S. Case No. 277 of 2019.
